A) Fellow of Clinical Trial Professional (FCP) to all agreeable medical institutions.

B) Medical diagnostics techniques, Medical diagnostic reports evaluation and interpretation training for AYUSH, Dental and Naturopathy (UG & PG students)

C) MARKET also execute specialized course for Siddha, Ayurveda, Unani and naturopathy students on Modern medical terminologies & pharmacology program to equip them into pharmaceutical research / clinical research jobs and various other allied jobs in Allopathic market.

The courses will be conducted in technical Collaboration with national and International Universities including Lincoln University College, Malaysia.

Program Objective(s)

• To provide an in-depth Week-End training program and opportunity for skills development in selective skill development courses executed by the company assigned Academicians and Industry Experts.
• To nurture an academic culture in all medical Institutions on 100% good clinical practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance Clinical Research and Skill Training program to the students as week end mode parallel to their regular education. This certification shall help UG & PG’s of AYUSH, Dental, Naturopathy students in better job placements across globe after graduation.
• Competency development through class room training for AYUSH and Dental students in disease assessment using modern diagnostic technologies.
• Encouraging AYUSH and Dental students to participate in skill training program on hematological and histopathological evaluations which shall support them during the pathophysiological assessment of any given ailments during their clinical practice.
• Seeding the medical fraternity about the need of identifying thrust areas in their topic of interest and to nurture their innovative ideas into usable deliverables through skill development trainings on drug & devices discovery and development in respective medical sciences including AYUSH, Dental, Modern medicine.

Fellow of Clinical trial Profession- (FCP) Training

Clinical Research is an imperative part of drug discovery process to ensure the safety and efficacy of a new drug. Clinical trials are the mainstay for bringing out new drugs to the market and constitute approximately 70% of the total time and money spent in overall drug development. India is fast emerging as a preferred destination for the conduct of global clinical trials due to the availability of large patient populations, skilled manpower, cost effectiveness, favorable economic and IP environment etc.

Clinical research is a highly specialized field that requires specific training to carry out various job functions. The need and complexity of the specific training at various level of CRA(s)/Monitor(s)/QA Auditor(s) increases as they move up the professional ladder thereby shifting the focus from ‘trouble shooting’ to ‘planning and forecasting’.

Training Program(s) in clinical research are aimed at imparting basic to advance level skills on various clinical research topics (such as Drug development and clinical trial process, GCP guidelines, Clinical trial monitoring, Drug regulatory affairs, Medical writing, Data Management etc.) in order to train and develop clinical research professionals by imparting quality education to them.

Skill Development programs are offered as rigorous weekend education along with the student’s core education program in their existing academic campus. Industry experts and Academicians shall visit the campus on weekends to mentor the students in selective modules in the opted skill development courses. Duration of FCP Program is flexible and based on the successful completion of lectured modules. The company in technical collaboration with Lincoln University College, A world famous Medical University in Malaysia with a global ranking of 301+ and/or any other competitive Universities in India and Abroad will provide the program curriculum, evaluation and training on various skill development or competency development programs which the students opted for. The evaluation process consists of award of credits at three levels i.e. Objective / descriptive type exams, assignment and Project Work. There will be a University examination at the end of program. Participants are required to secure minimum qualifying credits at individual level stipulated with the partner University for the successful completion of a respective FCP Program. The curriculum meets industry standards and recognized as International certification.

Medical Diagnostics and Medical diagnostic report interpretation training:

These skill development programs are designed to foster a better understanding of how the diagnoses of any given ailment using modern technologies are helpful in disease assessment and further treatment. Students choose a concentration within the broader field of medical diagnostics, such as clinical research or medical product development or can use their earned skills in their clinical practice.

Course Objectives:

• Understanding basic principles and phenomena in the area of medical diagnostic instrumentation,
• Theoretical and practical preparation enabling students to understand the working methodology and applications of various medical instruments and interpretation of said medical diagnostic reports.
• On successful completion of this course, student should be able to define basic medical terms and physical values that can be handled by medical instrumentation and assessment or interpretation of reports towards particular ailment based on values, images or graphs.

Whereas any Medical Institutions who are willing to associate with MARKET for the establishment of dedicated Global Center of Excellence (G-COE) in Clinical Research & Training Unit at their premises can collaborate with MARKET on the Academic and Research activities. MARKET shall engaged in providing Health Care management services on a contract basis to its associate academic institutions. MARKET will support the collaborating academic Institutions to establish Global Center of Excellence (G-COE) in Clinical Research & other Skill Training Unit in their campus to train the medical student community on recent technological advancements and Industry standards practiced in modern medicine.

MARKET shall facilitate the following services to its partner institutions.

• To provide an in-depth training and opportunity for skills development on Clinical Trial Processes. (Through Technical Workshops and Skill development courses).
• Technical support services on Drug discovery and laboratory research services including undertaking/extending research facilities available in R & D of the institution, animal house facilities etc .
• Obtaining international fellowship & training opportunities for teachers and shall encourage the Partner Institution on student/ staff exchange.
• Eco system for innovations including incubation centre and other initiatives for creation and transfer of knowledge
• Assistance on Publication / patent filing services to the institution.
• Functional MOUs with institutions of National, International importance, reputed good standing Universities/industries/corporate houses etc.
• Industry based skill development training and placements of students Nationally/Internationally under G – COE concept.
• To promote research in newly emerging and frontier areas of Medical sciences including multidisciplinary fields.
• To give special encouragement to partner institutions to take up challenging R&D activities through offering high skilled education and research program in biology, pharmacy and medicine.
• To encourage/guide/ facilitate the partner institutions to associate with clinicians across globe and to assist them with academic and industry sponsored clinical research conduct. To promote physicians from the partner institutions to conduct GCP compliance clinical trials in their respective field of medicine.
• To promote the partner institutions on R&D of promising molecules derived / screened from plants / microbial / marine origin and further in-licensing to pharmaceuticals giants after proven outcome under GLP conditions.
• To bring animal experimentation projects from Industry to partner institutions animal facility if the Partner Institution holds or after enabling the CCSEA approvals and IEAC installations in the campus.
